States such as available, public preview, internal, research, and proposed are material. Do not treat a proposed interface as launched or a scoped observation as a general certification.

Open-source software linked from this site remains governed by the license in its own repository. The website does not replace those license terms.

A valid evidence-record signature establishes that the published envelope matches the named Neomorphic evidence key. Reliance must remain inside the record’s subject, claim, method, version, result, observation time, limitations, and expiry. A correction, supersession, or revocation requires a later static Register publication; no real-time revocation service is currently offered.

Neomorphic begins paid work only under the applicable checkout terms or written schedule. Access to a public origin does not grant permission for paid, state-changing, intrusive, or security-testing activity. A customer remains responsible for granting any necessary scope and confirming that it has authority over the target.

Neomorphic does not operate customer bank accounts or customer signing keys, does not act as merchant of record for a customer’s business or marketplace, and does not offer customer money-transmission or custody services.

Neomorphic does not currently provide embedded checkout or an account portal on this website. When a fee is offered through a Stripe-hosted checkout or written engagement, the receipt and applicable schedule identify the product, amount, legal biller, delivery terms, and any refund eligibility.
