This notice describes the site that exists now. It does not pre-announce data collection for account, analytics, embedded checkout or an account portal, upload, or machine-payment features that have not launched.

§ 1Current operation

Static site, local preference.

This site stores a theme preference in your browser. It does not currently provide Neomorphic accounts, Google sign-in, analytics, a contact-form submission service, or embedded on-site checkout.

The readiness worksheet, evidence verifier, and contact-message worksheet run in your browser. The first two do not upload their text to Neomorphic. The contact worksheet opens your chosen mail application and sends only if you choose to send the resulting email.

The project correspondence workbench can call a correspondence origin you name. A project grant is held only in page memory, is cleared from the form on connect, and is not written to local storage, query parameters, checkpoints, or analytics. Disconnecting or leaving the page forgets it. Connecting sends that grant to the origin you entered, not to a Neomorphic-hosted public API. The synthetic fixture stays in the browser and does not make a network request.

The private trial brief builder stays in the browser. It stores a public-metadata draft in session storage for reload in the same tab, and it does not keep human approval after reload. It does not upload source documents, credentials, wallet keys, prompt histories, or files. A prepared email, if you choose to send it, leaves the static site through your mail application and carries only bounded public-safe brief text. Portable JSON is copied or downloaded locally.

§ 2Hosting

Ordinary request records.

Ordinary web request logs may be processed by the hosting provider. Those records can include an IP address, requested path, time, browser or client information, referrer, response status, and security or abuse signals. They are used to serve, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

§ 3Correspondence

Email leaves the static site.

If you email us, the message and its metadata are processed by our email providers for correspondence and security. Do not include private keys, passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, identity documents, or confidential customer data in an initial message.

§ 4Hosted checkout

Stripe receives the checkout data.

The fixed-scope Seller Conformance offer links to a checkout hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes the billing contact, payment details, transaction metadata, and the public origin and route entered in the checkout’s required target field. Neomorphic receives the resulting order and scope information for eligibility review, delivery, billing support, refunds where applicable, fraud prevention, and financial records. Do not enter credentials, private URLs, keys, one-time codes, or sensitive customer data in that field.

§ 5Public records

Publication requires a public-safe scope.

The current Evidence Register contains first-party public records. A future customer record would be published only under a separately approved public scope. Raw requests, credentials, private authority schedules, confidential schemas, customer names, and sensitive response bodies are not published by default.

§ 6Requests

Contact the operator.

For a privacy question about Neomorphic, write to contact@neomorphic.io with the subject “Privacy.” Requests concerning SameDayDesk or EIN.LLC should use the product support address shown on the applicable receipt.
