Verify origin and integrity, then inspect scope.
The signed envelope uses Ed25519 and neomorphic-canonical-json-v1. A valid signature does not extend the claim beyond its stated subject, method, version, dates, result, and limitations. Also inspect the current static publication, expiry, supersession, and any later correction or revocation record.
