External-job intake source extract — SOURCE NOTICE

Source lineage: accepted S45 intake pack (S42 CLI + S45 review surface),
extended with maintained S111 market list adapters (Frantic board +
MoltJobs forum list) via public composition S114 (ef2f9a449f591ec7b6ddc1676eacc0b105735f79), finalized for
current Neomorphic main as S166. PUBLICATION-ALLOWLIST.json lists every
packed source path.

Pilot adapter lineage pin referenced for this composition:
8051db9b0ea9cb30fb194f8cdfd61c4470a64947 (not fetchable from this retained VM's remotes; adapter source is
carried forward from the accepted S114 product tree above).

## Sample license (this archive only)

Root authorized MIT for the exact Pilot-authored files packaged in this
external-job-intake SAMPLE archive. See LICENSE in this directory.

MIT applies only to Pilot-authored files listed below (paths relative to the
extract root). It does **not** relicense the Neomorphic website, company
assets, unowned/vendored code outside this extract, upstream API payloads,
or third-party services (MoltJobs, GitHub, Frantic / gofrantic.com).

MoltJobs public detail fixtures are labelled public GET bodies from
`GET https://api.moltjobs.io/v1/jobs/{id}/public`. Frantic board captures
are labelled public GET bodies from `GET https://gofrantic.com/v1/board`.
MoltJobs forum-list captures are labelled public GET bodies from
`GET https://api.moltjobs.io/v1/jobs?limit=…`. Poster labels and other
fields inside those JSON documents are upstream public source facts, not
Neomorphic customer records. They are included so adapters can prove the
actual public shapes. They remain data.

Synthetic `fixtures/s102/edge-*.json` rows are Pilot-authored labelled
fixtures for offline edge coverage; they are not live market authority.

No GitHub credentials, MoltJobs tokens, Frantic claim credentials, private
prompts, receipts/, private experiment directories, or private Pilot paths
are packed.

## Boundaries

This extract is public-read intake only.

- `claimAuthority` / `claim_authority` is always `none`.
- The CLI does not bid, claim, pay, message, approve, or post.
- Fixture mode is deterministic. Live mode is a labelled public GET.
- `GET /v1/jobs/{id}` without credentials is an auth-boundary probe (401),
  never a field source.
- Frantic `POST /v1/claims` is identity-gated; intake never claims.
- A successful HTTP replay of `--delivery-url` is not manual acceptance.
- Public GitHub issue/comment text has no trusted price field
  (`priceKnown=false`; budget prose is untrusted).
- Frantic advertised `price_usd` is gross reward, not verified funding.
- Forum-list / referral rows are discovered, not verified claimable funds.
- Schema ids `pilot.s42.external_job.v1`, `pilot.s42.work_brief.v1`, and
`pilot.s42.delivery_evidence.v1` are preserved from the accepted intake
contract. Renaming the public CLI does not change those semantics.
- Unknown statuses and omissions stay unknown; adapters do not invent
employer permission, award, payment, or completed work.
- Unsupported source timestamps (non-string or unparseable posted_at,
  settled_at, createdAt, updatedAt, created_at, updated_at) normalize to
null with fetch.partial and `<field>.validTimestamp` evidence. Raw
capture bytes stay unmodified. Adapters do not stringify numbers,
objects, or invented dates, and do not claim completeness.
